A Failure to Communicate

Introduction: This is a scramble mission. The Lucifer is attacking the Aquilae Installation and things dont look good.

Mission Objectives:
Primary - Protect the Aquilae Installation
Secondary - Protect the Comm Station

Recommended Ship: Valkyrie (only)
Recommended Loadout: Prometheus (p1), Avenger(p2), Phoenix V(s1)

Walkthrought: There isn't much you can do to save the installation. The Lucifer is just too powerful for even a full blown installation, so dont cry about it. You've got work to do.

The installation will launch escape pods. The Shivans leave behind a few Dragon class fighters to deal with your pods so protect them at all costs. When the pods make it closer to the PVD Hope the Shivans will stop chasing them.

The next target on the menu is the Comm Station. Absolutly vital for communications between the outer colonies and Terran HQ, we may not be able to save the installation but you can sure as hell save this.

Several wings of bombers and fighters will attack the Comm Station, however, they warp in a good distance away so you have several seconds for you and your wingmen to deal with the bombers before they get into range.

When the Hope has moved into a better position to defend the station, the mission is over.
