FreeSpace Watch

Well, I wrote a rant yesterday and then I listened to the PyroPimps show...apparently one of their rants (its a small world after all!) dealt directly with our kick-ass hosts, Planet Descent, and it made me realize I left out a portion of why poeple are stupid, so here goes...

Why do people publicly slander others?? What's the point? Actually, it makes you look more like an ass than the person being slandered. OK, we'll take this as an example, the PyroPimps show the other day, if it is true and they were attempting to slander Planet Descent (like everyone seems to think) then why did they do it publicly? Why not bring it into private terms where noone will come out looking an ass?? I must say, that guy who said that on PyroPimps (sorry, don't know the name, really don't want to mention it anyway) really came off looking like an ass. The show is cool, the guys are funny, it really is worth the listen, but that dude screwed up. I don't understand why people try to slander others! Its SOOOOOO much easier to do it in private and get the matter resolved than to go out and say some dumb stuff that really you can't stop people from doing, because it is public stuff. OK, maybe catch phrases can be easily debated, and if you made the phrase up, I think you should have claim to it but solving the problem in private would have been a much better solution. This is a silly ordeal and could have been completely avoided if only the guy had went for the private solution instead of a public slander, which is just lame. Lets all learn from this incident and not become asses...

OK Done...email me comments...preferably me and not anyone else...
